Cooking Instructions

Boil – Bring 2 cups water or broth to boil in medium pot.

Cook – Stir in 1 cup quinoa. Cover ad simmer over low heat 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender and liquid is absorbed

Finish – Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
Tip: Quinoa is cooked when each grain is translucent and white grain is visible.
