A natural process for preserving the many wonders of new life, sprouting increases the bioavailability of key nutrients in the whole lentil & simplifies their absorption by the body for energy & nourishment.
Cooking: Sort & rinse. Cover with water & soak overnight. Drain. Bring 3 cups water & 1 cup Sprouted Barley to boil. Cover, reduce & simmer 45-60 minutes, or until grain is tender. Season to taste.
Store in a cool, dry place.
