Red Clover sprouts are high in protein, essential amino acids, vitamins, minerals, iron & calcium. Red clover emits a fresh aroma and has a sweet and spicy taste.
SOAK seeds for 6-8 hours. RINSE and drain. Spread evenly i sprouting container. RINSE and drain 2-3 times per day for 3 days. After that, rinse once per day until harvest. By the seventh day the sprouts should be ready to eat. Sprouts can be stored in the refrigerator in an air-tight container for up to 3-4 days.
