Garbanzo Beans make for a fresh, warm and earthy sprout. Make an enzyme rich humus when sprouted and mix in a blender or add on top of any salad or sandwich!
Soak seeds for 8-12 hours. Rinse and drain. Spread evenly in sprouting container. Rinse and drain once per day until harvest. By the fourth or fifth day, the sprouts should be ready to eat. Sprouts can be stored in the refrigerator in an air-tight container for up to 3-4 days.
