What is Nattozimes?
Nattozimes is a proprietary blend of enzymes with similar (in vitro) activity to nattokinase. Nattokinase is an enzyme extracted from a traditional Japanese dish called natto, made from boiled and fermented soybeans. Besides being enjoyed for its taste, natto is believed to have cardiovascular and circulatory health-supporting properties.* It’s been a dietary staple in Japan for more than a thousand years.
Nattozimes consists of a proteolytic system from Aspergillus oryzae, a beneficial type of fungus. Proteolytic enzymes, also known as proteases, help break down protein into amino acid molecules.
