Take seaweed from packaging and place desired amount into white mesh pouch provided. Place pouch under running water in the bathtub. Do not remove seaweed from pouch. Upon entering the bath, lightly squeeze seaweed to help release minerals and nutrients. Relax in bath with seaweed for 15-30 minutes (5-10 minutes for children 12 & under). Upon exiting bath, remove seaweed pouch from bathtub and allow to dry. Seaweed can be reused up to 4 times within one week of opening.

Adam’s Tip: After your baths, repurpose the seaweed as an organic fertilizer for your garden.
