Shake well before use.

Adults and children 12 or older: Rinse with 20 mL (2/3 ounce) for at least 30 seconds prior to brushing. Then spit out excess. Follow with 2 minutes of brushing with a soft bristle toothbrush and toothpaste. Best results when used as part of a daily oral care regimen that includes brushing, flossing, and an effective mouth rinse.
