How to use:

Start with a clean vagina.

Insert vaginally twice a day in the morning and at bedtime for 7 days.

After sex
Semen has a pH of 7.1-8

At the end of your cycle
pH tends to be around 7.4

Your vagina’s pH should be between 3.8 and 4.5
