Adultos e crianças a partir dos 12 anos de idade:

Aplique pelo menos uma faixa de 2,5 cm do produto em uma escova de cerdas macias.
Escove os dentes cuidadosamente por pelo menos 1 minuto, duas vezes ao dia (manhã e noite), e não mais de 3 vezes ao dia, ou conforme recomendado por um dentista ou médico. Certifique-se de escovar todas as áreas sensíveis dos dentes. Evite engolir. Cuspa depois de escovar.
