Enjoy our savory seaweed based miso broth by itself or add vegetables and tofu to create a creamy miso soup. It is made with sustainably harvested seaweed, packed with good-for-you nutrients like vitamin D, and rich in minerals like iodine.
Traditional Miso Soup

1 qt Oceans’ Halo® Miso Broth

1/2 cup silken tofu, cut into 1/2″ cubes

1 scallion, thinly sliced

One package (4g) of Ocean’s Halo Sea Salt Seaweed Snacks, cut into strips.
Heat the broth in a saucepan, add tofu and seaweed and bring to a simmer. Pour into bowls and top with sliced scallions. Enjoy!
Refrigerate after opening and use within 7-10 days. Shake well before enjoying.
