Supplementing with Her Amino Burner boosts your metabolism while increasing energy and focus at anytime of the day! The BCAA blend supports muscular recovery before, during and after exercise! Her Amino Burner is a versatile supplement that provides you with energy, focus, metabolism boosting, intra-workout fat burning and BCAAs for repairing muscles.
• For An Amino Acid/Energy Boost: Consume 1-3 servings first thing in the morning and/or intra workout
• For Intra Workout Energy, Fat Burning, and Muscular Endurance: Take 1-3 servings mixed with water throughout your training session.
• For Post-Workout Recovery/Fat Burning: Take 1-2 servings after training.
Consume 1 scoop your first time mixed with 8-10 oz water. Add a 1/2 scoop each time based on your caffeine tolerance (100 mg per 1 scoop). Do not exceed more than 3 scoops over a 1 hour time period. Her Amino Burner is meant to be ingested throughout the course of your training session.
