Sambucus nigra is a genus of flowering plants in the family Adoxaceae native to Europe also know as black elderberry.
A unique concentrated extract made from the prized Haschberg variety of European black elderberries (Sambucus nigra).
Very rich in naturally occurring flavonoids, specifically anthocyanins, providing the highest antioxidant levels available.
Our extract is developed through a physical extraction process (non-solvent extraction), which retains higher levels of the berries natural properties.
