Jarro-Dophilus® Baby contains clinically documented Bifidobacteria strains B. breve M-16V, B. longum BB536, and B. infantis M-63 that have been shown to colonize the infant gut effectively and support a baby’s health.
Bifidobacteria, in particular, are key colonizers of a baby’s colon. B. infantis is the only bacteria capable of using all the unique sugars in breast milk to release the milks’s full benefits and optimally support development of the brain, intestines, and immune function. Jarro-Dophilus® Baby also contains clinically documented Lactobacillus strains that synergistically support immunity and healthy digestive function.
Jarro-Dophilus® Baby powder include Bimuno® GOS, a prebiotic fiber. Bimuno GOS (GalactoOligoSaccharides) is rich oligosaccharides similar to those in human breast milk and shown to selectively feed infant-associated Bifidobacteria.
