• Apply generously to the face,  neck and exposed skin 15 minutes before sun exposure.
• Apply a sufficient amount of product to exposed skin to ensure adequate protection from the sun; reducing the amount of product used will lower the level of sun protection significantly. 
• To maintain protection, reapply at least every 2 hours or more frequently, especially after perspiring, swimming or towel drying.
• Use sunscreen products only as one out of many measures to protect against the sun.
• Other Sun Protection Measures Include: Avoid excessive sun exposure at peak hours, usually between 11 am and 3 pm.
• When it is not possible to stay out of the sun, keep your self well covered.
• Hat and sunglasses can give you additional protection.
• Avoid direct sun exposure of babies and young children.
• Use sunscreen products regularly to maintain the protection claimed.
• Apply sunscreen products in sufficient quantity on all exposed skin.

Stop use and ask a doctor if skin irritation develops.

Keep out of reach of children.

If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
