Nattokinase is a fribrinolytic enzyme which is extracted from the popular Japanese food natto. Natto is a cheese-like food that is produced by adding Bacillus natto to boiled soybeans.
Adults take one (1) vegetarian capsule once or twice daily between meals, on an empty stomach, or as directed by a physician.
