Mung Bean sprouts have a crisp, crunchy texture and a flavor similar to fresh peas. They are a tasty addition to salads and Asian main dishes.
SOAK seeds for 8-12 hours. RINSE and drain. Spread evenly in sprouting container. RINSE and drain once per day until harvest. By the fourth or fifth day, the sprouts should be ready to eat. Sprouts can stored in the refrigerator in an air-tight container for up to 3-4 days.
