The oil in Flax-O-Mega capsules is cold pressed and unrefined from the highest quality, certified organic flax seeds available. It is carefully extracted in a low-heat (below 40 C), light-, and oxygen-free environment. Flax-O-Mega provides 1500 mg of omega 3 and omega 6 essential fatty acids per serving.
