Dr.Singha’s Mustard Bath Description
Mustard Bath has been renowned for its stimulating, rejuvenating and cleansing qualities and may be helpful with stress, muscle and joint soreness, congestion, skin conditions, tension, sleeplessness and is supportive during a cleansing program.

Foot Bath: Dissolve 1 large tablespoon of the formula in a bowl of hot water. Soak for 20 minutes. Rinse with cold water. Full Bath: Add 2 oz. (one quarter the contents) to a hot bath. Relax in the water for 15 to 20 minutes. A brief cold shower to finish is highly recommended. Then dry with a rough towel and keep warm for best results.
Ingredients: English mustard powder, oils of wintergreen, eucalyptus, rosemary & thyme and powdered gum benzoin in a base of sodium carbonate.
