De La Rosa Organic White Balsamic Vinegar is made from organic grapes untouched by chemicals or sprays. Our Organic White Balsamic Vinegar has a fruity, just slightly sweet, slightly bitter flavor. The grapes are cooked at a low temperature to avoid darkening, the pale gold color doesn’t affect the color of food. Oak chips and hints of various spices are added to give some tang. The flavor is enhanced by the slow fermenting process in organically approved French wooden barrels.
